Personal Healing Retreats in Jamaica

These retreats, in a beautiful peaceful tropical seaside setting in St. Mary, Jamaica - my home! - are designed to be very personalized,  for you to sink into and explore whatever aspects of your own healing you are called to.  We’ll schedule them according to your best timing, and my availability. We will plan your retreat and tailor our work together with shared conversation and vision.  I will offer the knowledge and treatments that I have cultivated in my women’s health practice as a nurse and midwife.  We will honor your own innate healing wisdom.

This may include;

~ In depth review of your health history and intentions.  Botanical and nutritional remedy and self-care practice recommendations and teaching.  Co-create a plan of care pathway.

~ Specialized Bodywork and Healing Therapies:  Arvigo® abdominal massage sessions to nourish belly and womb health, support deep vitality and creativity.   Spiritual healing - A gentle session rooted in nature and prayer, to support healing of the mind and heart, based in traditional Mayan medicine.  Herbal steam baths. Guided imagery sessions.

~ Earth Medicine sessions -  meditations and simple rituals to tap into the healing gifts of plants, water, stones, and fire.

~ Clean, natural, healing foods, juices, and teas.

~ Follow up support via phone/email.

You will have all the personal time you choose for quiet rest, relaxation, and creative work.

Cost:  US$250 total for retreat sessions over 2  days, and email/phone follow up. Add on lodging costs.

Lodging options:

Book for one or two nights for retreat. Longer if you would like to stay!

Two options for lodging:

- A beautiful, luxurious cottage overlooking the sea - one queen bed and a couch, private bathroom.  $75/night. Breakfast and dinner can be added on. Can sleep 2 guests. This comfortable cottage is owned by my good friend and neighbor Grace, and is a very short walking distance from my home.  You will be well taken care of!

CircleWork: Root Medicine

Circlework comes from the work of Jalaja Bonheim, PhD and The Institute for Circlework.
Circlework creates comfort, connection, spaciousness, and safety.
This is the first in a series of Circlework gatherings that will focus on Root Medicine.
Tonight we will share supportive conversation, and body/mind practices to bring more ease, peace, and strength; as we identify and cultivate what keeps us rooted in our own well-being of body and mind.
We will each create our own Root Medicine box as a way to honor our knowing and inspire our growing.
Facilitated by Nadine Hottat, APRN, CNM - Enlighten Women's Health.
